摘 要:灌浆工程工序复杂,专业性强,具有隐蔽性、质量无法直观评判等特点,一直是水电工程管理的难题。本文主要对两河口水电站大坝灌浆工程在管理模式、管理制度、工作方法,以及施工质量控制、相关针对性处理措施等方面进行了综述,合理有效地解决了灌浆管理难度大的难题,经过三阶段蓄水考验,坝基廊道渗水量较小,灌浆效果良好。两河口电站灌浆建设管理方面的成功经验可为相关类似工程的设计施工人员提供借鉴。Grouting engineering is complex and highly specialized,characterized by its concealed nature and the difficulty of directly assessing quality.It has always been a challenge in the management of hydropower projects.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the grouting project for the Lianghekou Power Station Dam,covering aspects such as management models,systems,work methods,construction quality control,and specific targeted measures.The paper discusses how these effectively addressed the challenges of managing grouting operations.After three stages of water storage tests,the seepage in the dam foundation galleries was minimal,indicating successful grouting results.The successful experience in the construction management of grouting at the Lianghekou Power Station can serve as a reference for design and construction personnel involved in similar projects.
