摘  要:本文以玖龙纸业(河北)有限公司水平衡测试为例,借助系统动力学方法构建测试结果诊断模型,合理分析企业用水现状。结果表明,该模型可实现诊断方法可视化,可信度较高;模型选取的测试结果指标模拟值与计算值的误差均保持在10%以内,能真实反映企业用水水平;该企业各项用水指标均符合有关用水标准要求,用水水平较为先进。研究结果可为企业水平衡测试结果的精准估算提供技术支撑。This paper takes the water balance test of Jiulong Paper(Hebei)Co.,Ltd.as an example and constructs a diagnostic model of the test results using system dynamics methods to analyze the current water usage situation of the company reasonably.The results indicate that the model can achieve visualization of the diagnostic method with relatively high reliability.The errors between the simulated values and calculated values of the selected test result indicators in the model all remain within 10%,which can accurately reflect the company’s water usage level.All water usage indicators of the company meet the relevant water usage standards,indicating an advanced water usage level.The research results can provide technical support for the accurate estimation of water balance test results for companies.
