摘  要:该文从技能程序性、技能延展性和技能实践性3个维度界定了教育技能属性的内涵,并采用CGSS和CLDS数据库2012—2018年29546个微观样本数据,研究了在教育技能属性视角下人工智能应用对劳动收入的影响.研究结果发现:人工智能应用总体上促进劳动收入;在教育技能属性中的技能程序性负向调节、技能延展性和技能实践性正向调节人工智能应用对劳动收入的影响.异质性分析结果发现:由于工资具有黏性,所以人工智能应用对签订了劳动合同和国有部门劳动者的劳动收入促进作用相对更大.The connotation of educational skill attributes is defined from three dimensions that are skill procedurality,skill extensibility and skill practicality.Using 29546 micro sample data from CGSS and CLDS databases from 2012 to 2018,the effect of artificial intelligence applications on labor income from the perspective of educational skill attributes is studied.The research findings indicate that artificial intelligence applications generally promote labor income.The procedural negative regulation of skills has the effect of artificial intelligence applocations on labor income,the extensibility and practicality positive regulation of skills in the attributes of educational skills has the effect of artificial intelligence applications on labor income.Heterogeneity analysis finds that due to the existence of wage stickiness,the application of artificial intelligence has a relatively greater promoting effect on the labor income of workers who have signed labor contracts and state-owned sectors.
