摘 要:该文通过共蒸发CsF、In、Se的方法制备了含Cs的铟硒化合物薄膜(Cs-In-Se),对其物质特性及光学特性进行分析,并以此为例研究重碱金属铟硒化合物提升Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)太阳电池效率的影响因素.研究发现Cs-In-Se薄膜所起的积极作用如下:1)Cs-In-Se薄膜带隙具有可调节性,可以作为中间层来调节异质结之间带隙失配的问题;2)Cs-In-Se薄膜对光有高透射和低吸收的特性,作为附加层存在对Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)薄膜的光吸收不会产生较大的负面影响;3)Cs-In-Se薄膜表面更为平滑,有利于减少异质结界面复合.The indium selenium compound films of Cs(Cs-In-Se)are prepared by co-evaporation of CsF,In and Se and the material and optical properties of the Cs-In-Se films are analyzed.By this way,the reasons why heavy alkali compounds can improve the efficiency of CIGS solar cells can be obtained.According to the results of measurement,it can be found that Cs-In-Se films have the following positive effects.Firstly,its band gap is adjustable,so it can be used as an intermediate layer to adjust the mismatch of band gap between hetero junctions.Secondly,it has the characteristics of high light transmission and low light absorption,so its existence as an additional layer will not have a large negative effect on the light absorption of Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)films.Finally,the surface of the film is smoother,which is conducive to reducing the interfacial recombination of hetero junction.
