摘 要:介绍了某钢管水压试验机增压过程以及增压时的压力平衡系统组成、控制原理及使用验证。重点介绍了该水压机主要设备结构,在使用过程中出现的增压、压力平衡典型故障,包括增压插装单向阀磨损产生的故障、水压压力参数设定产生的故障、液压比例阀异常引起的故障、电气控制器接触不良产生的故障等。依据设备原理、监控程序及波形图对上述故障现象进行分析,找到了故障的根本原因,并有针对性地提出了优化改进措施,减少了故障时间,保障产线的顺行。The pressurization process of a steel pipe hydraulic testing machine,as well as the composition,control principle,and usage verification of the pressure balance system during pressurization are introduced.The main equipment structure of the hydraulic press and typical faults of pressurization and pressure balance that occurred during use are mainly introduced,including faults caused by wear and tear of the booster cartridge valve,faults caused by setting water pressure parameters,faults caused by abnormal hydraulic proportional valve,faults caused by poor contact of the electrical controller,etc.Analyzing the above fault phenomena based on equipment principles,monitoring programs,and waveform diagrams.Find the root cause of the fault,targeted propose optimization and improvement measures,reduce downtime,and ensure smooth operation of the production line.
