摘 要:为减少摆线转子泵运转过程中出现的齿面磨损,使之适用于更恶劣的工况,提出一种新型复合摆线转子泵的设计方案。该新型转子泵的内转子齿顶齿廓和齿侧齿廓由两段圆弧复合而成,外转子的齿顶齿廓和齿侧齿廓由两段摆线复合而成。齿侧齿廓起到驱动作用,齿顶齿廓仅有密封作用。通过对比新型复合摆线转子泵和普通摆线转子泵的齿面滑动率和压力角发现,新型复合摆线转子泵的齿面滑动率变化更平缓、齿面滑动率绝对值更小、压力角范围更合理,可有效减少齿面磨损。对新型复合摆线转子泵的齿廓进行修形处理,还可进一步减小齿面磨损和运动阻力。In order to reduce the tooth wear of cycloidal rotor pump during operation and make it suitable for more severe working conditions,a new design scheme of composite cycloidal rotor pump was proposed.The top tooth profile and side tooth profile of the inner rotor of the new rotor pump are composed of two arcs,and the top tooth profile and side tooth profile of the outer rotor are composed of two cycloids.The profile on the side of the tooth plays a driving role,while the profile on the top of the tooth only plays a sealing role.By comparing the tooth surface sliding ratio and pressure angle of the new composite cycloidal rotor pump and the ordinary cycloidal rotor pump,it is found that the tooth surface sliding ratio of the new composite cycloidal rotor pump changes more smoothly,the absolute value of tooth surface sliding ratio is smaller,and the range of pressure angle is more reasonable,which can effectively reduce the tooth surface wear.The tooth profile modification of the new composite cycloidal rotor pump can further reduce the tooth surface wear and movement resistance.
