摘  要:目前市面搭载的手机无线快充面板外观品质较差,给用户一种廉价感。基于此,本文创造性的提出了一种高品质的软质包覆+激光打孔的无线快充面板设计概念,并通过设计和制造方案实现了该设计概念的量产化。结果表明:该全新设计的无线快充面板产品满足剥离力性能、耐热老化环境实验性能及充电性能要求,相比市面传统无线快充面板,其外观质量及触感有了质的提升。The appearance quality of the wireless fast charging panel for mobile phones currently available on the market is poor,give users a sense of affordability.Based on this,this article creatively proposes a design concept for a high-quality soft coating and laser drilling wireless fast charging panel,and achieved mass production of this design concept through design and manufacturing solutions.The results indicate that the newly designed wireless fast charging panel product meets the requirements of peeling force performance,heat aging environment experimental performance and charging performance.Compared to traditional wireless fast charging panels on the market,the appearance quality and touch have been significantly improved.
