摘　　要：国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)作为国家级科技文献共享网络服务平台,面向科研院所、高校、企事业单位等机构用户提供数据服务。为保障西藏科研人员和科技工作者的科技文献需求,文章在NSTL拉萨服务站服务现状基础上,分析了存在问题,提出发展建议,以期提升国家科技图书文献中心服务能力。文章首先阐述了建站背景、用户现状、文献服务模式,然后结合数据分布特征,从用户注册、文献传递量、文献传递类型等分析挖掘服务中存在的问题并综述。最后对应存在问题,文章提出创新用户宣传推广、提升文献服务能力、加强资源共建共享的发展建议。As a national scientific and technological literature sharing network service platform,the National Science and Technology Library(NSTL)provides data services for users of scientific research institutes,universities,enter-prises and institutions.In order to meet the demand for scientific and technological literature of researchers and scien-tific workers in Xizang,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward development suggestions on the basis of the service status of NSTL Lhasa Service Station,in order to improve the service capacity of the National Sci-ence and Technology Library and Documentation Center.This paper firstly expounds the background of website building,the user status,and the mode of literature service,and then analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the mining service from the aspects of user registration,document delivery volume,and document delivery type in combination with the data distribution charateristics.Finally,in response to the existing problems,this paper puts for-ward some development suggestions for innovating user publicity and promotion,improving literature service capa-bilities,and strengthening resource co-construction and sharing.
