摘  要:本文聚焦餐饮业大气污染及油烟扰民的管理需求,从餐饮业的源头防控和优化营商环境入手,基于国家及北京市餐饮业环境管理政策,结合对全国餐饮业选址负面清单管理经验的调研结果,以东城区天坛街道为试点,进行了餐饮业选址引导清单编制研究,并提出了实施餐饮场所选址引导管理工作的对策建议,为更好地解决老百姓“家门口”的环境问题,提升人民群众生态环境获得感和幸福感提供借鉴。This article focuses on the management needs of air pollution and oil fumes in the catering industry,starting from the source prevention and control of the catering industry and opti-mizing doing business environment.Based on the catering industry environmental management policies of China and Beijing,the article investigates the negative list management experience of catering industry site selection nationwide.Taking Tiantan Street in Dongcheng District as a pilot,the article conducts a study on the preparation of a catering industry site selection guidance list and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for implementing catering site selection guidance man-agement,providing a reference for better solving the environmental problems at the doorstep of the people and improving their sense of ecological environment acquisition and happiness.
