摘 要:目的:优化精轧机组除尘系统效果,为钢铁生产提供除尘装置。方法:理论分析和实践研究相互结合,探讨某精轧机组除尘系统的技术要求,经过试验确认系统的应用效果并进行评价,最后研究系统改进路线。结果:精轧机组除尘系统适合在实践中应用,但存在自动化不足的问题需要改进。结论:现代除尘系统需要进行自动化方面的改进,可以对整体结构进行优化、改善各项控制功能、设计分析PLC模块,从而提升效率,确保安全生产。Objective:To optimize the dust removal system effect of the finishing mill group and provide dust removal devices for irol and steel production.Methods:The combination of theoretical analysis and practical research is used to explore the technical requirements of a dust removal system for a finishing mill group.The application effect of the system is confirmed through experiments and evaluated.Finally,the improvement path of the system is studied.Results:The dust removal system of the finishing mill group is applicable for practice,but there is a problem of insufficient automation that needs to be improved.Conclusion:The modern dust removal system requires the improvement in the automation,which can optimize the overall structure,improve various control functions,and design and analyze PLC modules,so as to improve efficiency and ensure safe production.
