摘　　要：目的:为了规范手术审批流程,使手术审批在临床信息系统、医务管理平台、手术麻醉系统等系统之间实现闭环管理。方法:医院重新梳理了临床信息系统、医务管理平台、手术麻醉系统等系统之间的数据交互及流程,按照医院互联互通标准,规范手术审批流程;授权管理平台采用B/S架构和超融合平台。结果:实现医师开单、手术审批、手术安排等流程闭环管理。结论:此次系统流程改造,规范了手术审批流程,实现了手术资质动态管理,确保了依法执业。Objective:To standardize the operation approval process and realize the closed-loop management of operation approval among the clinical information system,medical management platform,operation anesthesia system and other systems.Methods:The hospital reorganized the data interaction and process among the clinical information system,medical management platform,operation anesthesia system and other systems,and standardized the operation approval process according to the hospital interconnection standards;the authorization management platform adopted B/S architecture and hyper-converged platform.Results:The closed-loop management of processes such as physician prescription,operation approval,and operation arrangement was realized.Conclusion:This system process transformation has standardized the operation approval process,realized the dynamic management of surgical qualifications,and ensured practice according to law.
