管线钢冶炼全流程夹杂物生成及演变行为研究

摘  要:为了研究管线钢在冶炼过程中夹杂物形成和变化规律,通过对X52管线钢生产过程中不同工序取样,利用扫描电镜对夹杂物进行成分、形貌、尺寸和数量分析。结果表明:精炼结束后夹杂物尺寸减小,数量下降,钢液洁净度高;LF精炼出站时夹杂物主要为CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),RH进站时夹杂物主要为CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),钙处理后夹杂物主要为CaO-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3),中间包夹杂物主要为Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS、CaO-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3)和MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS。In order to study the formation and variation of inclusions in pipeline steel during smelting,the composition,morphology,size and quantity of inclusions were analyzed by scanning electron microscope through sampling in different processes of X52 pipeline steel production.The results show that the size and quantity of inclusions decrease after refining,and the cleanliness of molten steel is high.The inclusions in LF refining are mainly CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) when leaving the station,Cao-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) when RH enters the station,Cao-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3) after calcium treatment,and Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS,Cao-CaS-Al_(2)O_(3) and MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS in tundish.
