冷加工对316L不锈钢焊缝铁素体含量的影响研究

摘  要:采用FeritScope FMP30型铁素体检测仪及金相割线法,对比研究了316L不锈钢焊接试板卷制、校圆等冷加工工艺处理前后焊缝金属铁素体含量变化情况,分析讨论了影响焊缝金属铁素体含量的因素。试验结果表明:卷制前铁素体仪测得焊缝金属铁素体含量平均值约为6.7%,金相割线法测得的焊缝铁素体含量平均值为6.9%,均符合4%~8%的技术要求;卷制后二者的焊缝金属铁素体含量测量结果均增加,且铁素体检测仪检测结果高于金相割线法测得的焊缝铁素体含量。The ferrite content changes of weld metal before and after cold work treatment of 316L stainless steel welding test plate were studied by FeritScope FMP30 ferrite tester and metallographic secant method,and the factors affecting the ferrite content of weld metal were analyzed and discussed.The test results show that the average ferrite content of weld metal measured by ferrite meter before coiling is about 6.7%,and the average ferrite content of weld metal measured by metallographic secant method is 6.9%,which meets the technical requirements of 4% and 8%.The ferrite content of the weld metal is increased after coiling,and the ferrite content of the weld metal measured by the ferrite detector is higher than that measured by the metallographic secant method.
