摘  要:针对普通整铸型高锰钢辙叉存在铸造缺陷、使用寿命低等问题,设计研发了高质量、高使用寿命、低维护成本、维护便捷的新型Ⅲ代高锰钢辙叉。通过优化冶炼工艺,突破了传统铸造技术瓶颈,大幅提升了铸造钢坯的力学性能;引入组合辙叉制造理念,创新了铸造辙叉产品结构,提高了使用寿命,同时也满足了在线更换需求。验证结果表明,Ⅲ代高锰钢组合辙叉养护维修成本较前代产品降低50%以上,最高使用寿命(通过总重)达8.0亿t,提高了2~3倍以上。A new generationⅢhigh manganese steel frog with high quality,long service life,low maintenance cost,and convenient maintenance was designed and developed to address the issues of casting defects and low service life in ordinary whole cast high manganese steel frogs.By optimizing the smelting process,the bottleneck of traditional casting technology has been broken through,and the mechanical properties of cast steel billets have been greatly improved.The introduction of the concept of composite frog manufacturing has innovated the structure of cast frog products,improved their service life,and also met the demand for online replacement.The verification results show that the maintenance and repair costs of the third-generation high manganese steel composite frog are reduced by more than 50%compared to the previous generation products,and the maximum service life(through total weight)reaches 800 million tons,which is more than 2~3 times higher.
