摘 要:为了确定适合熔剂性球团生产的焙烧温度,提高球团矿生产质量,以带式焙烧机为例,通过对生产数据的分析,研究了焙烧温度对球团矿生产的影响。研究结果表明:带式焙烧机适宜的焙烧温度为1200~1250℃;采用带式焙烧机生产熔剂性球团,其成团率达到85%以上;当焙烧温度提高到1225℃时,有利于促进熔剂性球团矿的形成。由此确定带式焙烧机适宜的焙烧温度为1200~1250℃。研究结果可为生产实际提供技术支持和理论依据。In order to determine the suitable roasting temperature for the production of flux based pellets and improve the quality of pellet production,taking a belt roaster as an example,the influence of roasting temperature on pellet production was studied through the analysis of production data.The research results indicate that the suitable roasting temperature for the belt roaster is 1200~1250℃.Using a belt roasting machine to produce flux pellets,the agglomeration rate reaches over 85%.When the roasting temperature is increased to 1225℃,it is beneficial to promote the formation of flux based pellets.The suitable roasting temperature for the belt roaster is determined to be 1200~1250℃,and the research results provide technical support and theoretical basis for production practice.
