摘  要:在钢铁生产阶段,提高连铸设备效率是最为关键的工作内容,利用连铸设备将溶化的钢液连续浇铸形成坯料,可为后续轧制和加工操作提供支持。随着智能化技术的快速发展,连铸设备的效率也得到了大幅提高。然而,仍然存在一些问题需要解决,如设备故障频繁、能耗较高等。从钢水成块的环节出发展开研究,旨在探讨如何通过智能化手段进一步提高连铸设备的效率,促进钢铁行业实现可持续发展。In the steel production stage,improving the efficiency of continuous casting equipment is the most critical work content.Using continuous casting equipment to continuously cast molten steel into billets can provide support for subsequent rolling and processing operations.With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the efficiency of continuous casting equipment has also been greatly improved.However,there are still some issues that need to be addressed,such as frequent equipment failures and high energy consumption.Starting from the process of molten steel agglomeration,this study aims to explore how to further improve the efficiency of continuous casting equipment through intelligent means,in order to promote sustainable development of steel industry.
