摘 要:随着管道输送效率的不断提高,大厚壁大口径高钢级已成为管线钢发展的趋势。为满足高强韧性要求,合金加入量及轧制工艺难度越来越大,终冷温度控制朝着大冷速超低温控制,造成钢板内组织及应力不均性增大,板形控制难度增加,瓢曲严重。为解决此类问题,通过对钢坯加热制度、初轧工艺、精轧工艺、冷却参数以及成分设计等实际生产数据统计分析,确定板形影响关系,为控制高级别管线钢板形问题制定有效措施。With the continuous improvement of pipeline transportation efficiency,large thick walls,large diameters,and high grade steel have become the trend of pipeline steel development.In order to meet the requirements of high strength and toughness,the amount of alloy added and the difficulty of rolling process are increasing.The final cooling temperature control is moving towards high cooling rate and ultra-low temperature control,resulting in an increase in the uneven structure and stress inside the steel plate,an increase in the difficulty of plate shape control,and severe cracking.To solve such problems,actual production data such as billet heating system,initial rolling process,finishing rolling process,cooling parameters,and composition design were statistically analyzed to determine the relationship between plate shape and develop effective measures to control high-level pipeline plate shape problems.
