摘　　要：首钢长治有限公司棒材作业区的钢坯翻转冷床结构复杂、动作频繁,耗能大且设备维护工作量大。经过6年满负荷运行,主要零部件如横梁、纵梁、传动轴、齿条及传动装置等均磨损、变形严重,故障率高,严重影响收坯作业。将该钢坯翻转冷床拆除,并改造为拉钢式钢坯下料台架,该下料台架结构简单,易于操作,并且是成组间歇性拉钢动作,设备耗能低,设备维护工作量也相对较小,取得了较好的效果。The structure of the steel billet flipping cooling bed in the bar operation area of Shougang Changzhi Co.,Ltd.is complex,frequently operates,consumes a lot of energy,and requires a large amount of equipment maintenance.After 6 years of full load operation,the main components such as crossbeams,longitudinal beams,transmission shafts,racks,and transmission devices are severely worn and deformed,with a high failure rate,seriously affecting the billet collection operation.The flipped cooling bed of the steel billet was dismantled and transformed into a steel billet feeding platform.The structure of the feeding platform is simple,easy to operate,and it is a group of intermittent steel pulling actions,with low energy consumption and relatively small maintenance workload,achieving good results.
