摘　　要：导卫装置的设计和使用是否恰当直接影响产品质量和轧机的生产能力。对长钢H型钢车间万能轧机导卫装配形式进行研究,在线探讨了UR-E-UF三台串联式轧机进出口腹板上下导卫装配要点。研究结果表明,该导卫装配形式可降低型钢车间非计划停机时间和工艺故障率,实现降本增效。The design and use of the guide device directly affect product quality and the production capacity of the rolling mill.A study was conducted on the assembly form of the universal rolling mill guide in the H-section steel workshop of Changgang.The key points of the upper and lower guide assembly of the inlet and outlet web plates of the UR-E-UF three series rolling mills were discussed online.The results showed that this guide assembly form reduced unplanned downtime and process failure rate in the steel workshop,achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
