摘　　要：近年来,随着我国汽车产业的高速发展,市场对高品质热镀锌汽车板的需求量大大增加,对汽车用板表面质量的要求在也在日益提升。邯郸钢铁冷轧厂为满足国内对汽车用外板最高级别(O5级)的表面需求,对热镀锌产品质量提出了更高的要求。在生产该热镀锌汽车板的过程中,热镀锌机组遇到了制约成品质量的问题——成品表面亮点缺陷,这种缺陷的存在对镀锌产品质量造成了恶劣影响。针对亮点缺陷出现的原因,冷轧厂不断进行分析与研究,提出消除亮点缺陷的优化措施,经过大量生产实践,最终攻克了这一难关。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's automotive industry,the demand for high-quality hot-dip galvanized automotive panels in the market has greatly increased,and the requirements for the surface quality of automotive panels are also increasing day by day.Handan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant has put forward higher requirements for the quality of hot-dip galvanized products to meet the highest level(O5 level)surface demand for automotive outer plates in China.During the production of the hot-dip galvanized automotive sheet,the hot-dip galvanizing unit encountered a problem that constrained the quality of the finished product-a bright spot defect on the surface of the finished product,which had a negative impact on the quality of the galvanized product.In response to the causes of bright spot defects,the cold rolling plant continuously analyzes and studies,proposes optimization measures to eliminate bright spot defects,and through extensive production practice,finally overcomes this difficulty.
