摘 要:钢铁冶金是现代工业的关键领域之一,其产品广泛应用于建筑、汽车制造和航空航天等领域。在整个冶金过程中,炉渣作为不可或缺的元素,扮演着保护、隔离和温度控制的重要角色。然而,炉渣的成分对于最终钢质有着重要的影响,这一影响因炉渣中各种元素的含量和相互作用而异。基于此,深入研究不同类型炉渣成分的物理、化学特性,并探讨如何在冶金过程中与钢相互作用,从而为炉渣的优化与改进提供理论支持,进一步提升钢铁产品的质量与性能。Steel metallurgy is one of the key fields in modern industry,and its products are widely used in fields such as construction,automotive manufacturing,and aerospace.Throughout the metallurgical process,slag plays an essential role in protection,isolation,and temperature control as an indispensable element.However,the composition of the slag has a profound impact on the performance of the final steel,which varies depending on the content and interaction of various elements in the slag.Based on this,in-depth research is conducted on the physical and chemical properties of different types of slag components,and how they interact with steel in the metallurgical process is explored,providing theoretical support for the optimization and improvement of slag,and further improving the quality and performance of steel products.
