摘 要:伴随着城市化发展速度的逐渐加快,在当下城市中的土地资源严重紧缺,更多的人开始关注城市地下空间。在节约土地的基本国策下,地下空间的开发和利用已成为我国城市规划的重要组成部分,不仅能有效的扩大城市容量,还能更好的解决城市生态空间与居住空间存在的矛盾问题,为人们提供更加便捷的服务。由于近年来房地产行业的发展,大城市的中央商务区可谓寸土寸金,其背后的商业价值巨大。因此,对地下商业建筑的探索,有助于城市的可持续发展,对改善城市环境有着积极的作用。地下商业空间可分为功能空间、辅助空间和公共空间。共享空间作为公共空间中不可或缺的一部分,对整个地下环境的氛围、流线组织和功能有积极影响,因此有必要探究和优化地下公共空间,以提高地下商业建筑的使用效率。With the gradual acceleration of urbanization,land resources in cities are in serious shortage,and more people begin to pay attention to urban underground space.Under the basic national policy of saving land,the development and utilization of underground space has become an important part of China's urban planning,which can not only effectively expand the urban capacity,but also better solve the contradiction between urban ecological space and residential space,and provide more convenient services for people.Due to the development of the real estate industry in recent years,the central business district in big cities can be described as"every inch of land and every inch of gold".The commercial value behind it is huge.Therefore,the exploration of underground commercial buildings contributes to the sustainable development of the city and plays a positive role in improving the urban environment.Underground commercial space can be divided into functional space,auxiliary space and public space.As an indispensable part of public space,shared space has a positive impact on the atmosphere,streamline organization and function of the entire underground environment.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and optimize the underground public space to improve the use efficiency of underground commercial buildings.
