摘　　要：近年来,社会市场经济环境持续变化,人们的需求也出现了变化,工程造价咨询工作的重要性充分凸显,与此同时,咨询企业所面临的市场压力也日益提升。在此背景下,国家有关部门出台了《建设工程造价咨询规范》,以规范工作人员的执业行为,进而保障造价咨询的有效性。本文将简要介绍工程造价咨询行业现状,明确企业造价咨询成果,为推进工程造价咨询业务转型并融入全过程工程咨询提供意见,以推动工程造价咨询业的持续发展。In recent years,the social market economic environment has been continuously changing,and people's needs have also changed.The importance of engineering cost consulting work has fully highlighted.At the same time,the market pressure faced by consulting companies is also increasing.ln this context,relevant national departments have issued the"Construction Engineering Cost Consulting Code"to regulate the professional behavior of staff,thereby ensuring the effectiveness of cost consulting.This article will briefly introduce the current situation of the engineering cost consultation industry,clarify the results of enterprise cost consultation,and provide suggestions for promoting the transformation of engineering cost consultation business and integrating it into the entire process of engineering consultation,in order to promote the sustainable development of the engineering cost consultation industry.
