摘 要:电缆产品对绝缘层、屏蔽层的厚度及偏心率的要求很高,目前缺乏一种针对高压电缆导体进行相关测量的便携式设备。基于多分法设计了一款便携式电缆结构参数测试仪,采用精密工业相机和双远心镜头作为拍照单元,采用环形光源和LED背光作为光场,获取待测物体的高清表面图像。通过电缆导轨以平移电缆的方式拍摄多张电缆局部照片,建立高精度标定场,将像素空间量度转换为实际物理空间尺寸,利用机器视觉技术自动测量大直径电缆结构参数。便携式设计及智能算法的引入,能有效降低对检测人员的技术要求,一键式操作快速测量提升电缆检测效率,将对电缆产品质量管理水平带来极大提升。Cable products have high requirements on thicknesses of insulation layer and shielding layer,and cable eccentricity,and there currently lacks portable equipment for measurement of high-voltage cable conductors.This paper reports a portable cable structure parameter tester designed based on the image multidivision method.Precision industrial camera and double telecentric lens are used as the camera unit,ring light source and LED backlight are used as the light field to obtain high-definition surface image of the object to be measured.By taking a number of cable photos in the way of translation cable through the cable guide,the high-precision calibration field is established,the pixel space measurement is converted into actual physical spatial size,and the machine vision technology is used to measure large-diameter cable structure parameters automatically.The introduction of portable design and intelligent algorithm can effectively reduce the technical requirements of inspection personnel.Moreover,one-click operation and rapid measurement facilitate improvement in efficiency of cable inspection,which will greatly enhance the quality management of cable products.
