摘 要:备自投装置是电力部门保证用户连续可靠供电的重要手段,目前常规的备自投逻辑主要针对母线配置有电压互感器接线方式进行设计,无法适应母线电压取自线路电压以及无母线电压采集的应用场合,导致备自投装置的工程应用受限。为此,介绍一种适应多种电压接线方式的备自投逻辑,并通过综合分析备自投充电逻辑、有压/无压逻辑、备自投动作逻辑,提出了完善备自投逻辑的解决方案。工程实际应用表明,完善功能及逻辑的备自投装置完全满足工程实际应用要求,具有广泛的工程适用性。The automatic transfer relay is an important means for the power sector to ensure continuous and reliable power supply for users.At present,the conventional automatic transfer relay logic is mainly designed for the bus configuration with voltage transformer wiring mode,which cannot meet the requirements that the bus voltage is taken from the line voltage and there is no bus voltage acquisition application,resulting in limited engineering application of automatic transfer relay.Therefore,this paper proposes an automatic transfer relay logic that adapts to various voltage connection modes.By comprehensively analyzing the automatic transfer relay switching charging logic,voltage/no voltage logic,and automatic transfer relay switching action logic,a comprehensive solution for switching logic of automatic transfer relay is proposed.Practical engineering applications show that the fully functional and automatic transfer relay logic switching device fully meets the requirements of practical engineering applications and has a wide range of engineering applicability.
