摘　　要：智能开关是数字化电网的新型设备,传统的智能变电站测试设备不能满足对智能开关二次系统测试需求。为此,分析智能开关二次系统架构组成,研究每一个组成设备的通信接口与功能逻辑,提出了智能采集执行单元、综合控制分析单元、智能断路器和智能刀闸的测试要求与测试方案,并对智能开关二次系统环网整体性能提出测试要求和测试方案。依托智能开关二次系统测试方案和接口需求,设计一种满足智能开关二次设备单体性能测试和系统性能测试需求的测试平台,弥补智能开关二次系统测试空白,为数字化的新型电力系统的设备运维检修提供技术支撑。Intelligent switches are a new type of equipment for digital power grid,and conventional intelligent substation testers cannot meet the detection requirements for the secondary system of intelligent switches.This paper analyzes the architecture composition of the intelligent switch secondary system,studies the communication interfaces and functional logic of each constituent device,proposes test requirements and test schemes for acquisition and execution unit,comprehensive control analysis unit,intelligent circuit breaker,and intelligent knife switch.Moreover,it puts forward detection requirements and schemes for overall performance of intelligent switch secondary system ring network.Based on the detection scheme and interface requirements of the intelligent switch secondary system,a detection platform is designed to meet the individual performance test and system performance test requirements,filling the gap in the detection of intelligent switch secondary system and providing technical support for operation and maintenance of digitalized new-type power system equipment.
