摘 要:为及时发现机场供电设备的潜在故障,提高机场供电的可靠性和安全性,开展机场供电设备状态检修和运维一体化技术研究。首先,通过预防性试验,对机场供电设备进行全方位、多维度的状态检修,计算设备参数的相对劣化度,判断设备运行状态,然后以此为基础,计算设备故障风险值,确定设备风险等级,最后根据风险等级的不同,采取对应的机场供电设备的运维一体化技术措施。实验结果表明,应用提出的技术后,在设备运行时间逐渐增加的情况下,故障率始终较低,对于提高设备运行的可靠性和稳定性具有积极作用。In order to timely detect potential faults in airport power supply equipment,improve reliability and safety of airport power supply,this study is focused on integrated technology for airport power supply equipment status maintenance and operation.First through preventive testing,comprehensive and multi-dimensional maintenance of airport power supply equipment is carried out to calculate the relative deterioration of equipment parameters and determine the operating status of the equipment.Then the risk value of equipment failure is calculated to determine the equipment risk level.Finally according to the different risk levels,corresponding integrated technical measures for operation and maintenance of airport power supply equipment are designed.The proposed technology is verified by experiments to achieve failure rate remaining low under increasing equipment operating duration,and to have a positive effect on improving equipment reliability and stability.
