摘　　要：隧道施工是工程建设的核心环节,为了提高隧道施工质量监理水平,提高隧道工程施工效率,加强其监理控制具有重要意义。结合工程实例,针对软土地层下穿既有车站区间隧道结构施工,一般需要下穿的既有车站,盾构机直接穿越要面对有大量钢筋的四堵地下连续墙,以现有盾构机技术及工艺,困难极大,故采用冻结法支护、人工开挖清除地下连续墙,用30工字钢做初次衬砌结构的施工方法,然后盾构机在隧道内下穿10号线国权路站进洞,拼装管片完成区间隧道施工。本文分别从施工方案审查、原材料控制、钻孔质量控制等方面,对隧道施工质量监理要点进行分析,可供类似工程提供参考。Tunnel construction is the core link of engineering construction.In order to improve the supervision level of tunnel construction quality,improve the construction efficiency of tunnel engineering,strengthening its supervision control is of great significance.Combined with engineering examples,for the construction of tunnel structures under existing stations in soft soil layers,it is generally necessary to directly pass through existing stations.The shield machine directly passes through four underground continuous walls with a large amount of steel bars.With the existing shield machine technology and process,it is extremely difficult,so the construction method of freezing method support,manual excavation to remove the underground continuous wall,and using 30 I-beam as the initial lining structure is adopted,Then the shield machine enters the tunnel through the Guoquan Road Station of Line 10 and assembles segments to complete the construction of the section tunnel.This article analyzes the key points of tunnel construction quality supervision from aspects such as construction scheme review,raw material control,and dilling quality control,which can provide reference for similar projects.
