摘  要:SMW工法桩是一种绿色、高效、经济、安全的基坑工程围护结构,但在以往的施工中,存在垂直度偏差较大、漏水点和开叉点较多等问题。作为一种有发展前景的节能工法,国内企业对其施工经验较少,且施工参数尚未有统一的标准,大部分企业仅凭经验施工,质量难以保证。在启东某住宅项目深基坑建设过程中通过对SMW工法进行改良,优化了型钢的插入时间与位置,从而提高了搅拌墙墙体的稳定性与止水效果,为未来推广该工法提供了一些实际经验。SMW pile is a green,efficient,economic and safe foundation pit engineering enclosure structure.However,in the past construction,there are many problems such as large vertical deviation and too many leakage pointsand split points.As a promising energy-saving construction method,domestic businesses have lttle construction experience,and there is no unified standard for construction parameters.During the construction of deep foundation pit of a residential project in QiDong,thesMW construction method was improved to optimize the insertion time and position of the section steel,thus improving the stability and water stop effect of the mixing wall,and providing some practical experience for the promotion of the construction method in the future.
