摘 要:随着建筑行业的持续发展,对建筑工程质量与安全也提出更高要求。建筑工程项目中,建筑物沉降将直接影响到整体工程项目的质量与安全,因此有必要通过设置沉降观测点来测量建筑工程的实际沉降及相应的变化情况。当前,建筑物沉降观测是建筑施工中十分关键的环节之一,施工人员需要根据精确测量来掌握相应的建筑沉降参数,并通过科学方法组织施工。本文结合某工程实例,对开展沉降观测点测量过程中对基准点布设、观测点布设、仪器设备、人员素质、测量周期、测量精度等方面的要求展开讨论,并进一步对水准观测基点设置、沉降观测仪器测站、测量技术应用以及沉降数据的处理与分析进行探讨。With the continuous development of the construction industry,higher requirements are also put forward for the quality and safety of construction projects.In construction projects,building settlement will directly affect the quality and safety of the overall project.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the actual settlement and corresponding changes of the construction project by setting settlement observation points.Currently,building settlement observation is one of the key links in building construction.Construction personnel need to master the corresponding building settlement parameters based on accurate measurement,and organize construction through scientific methods.Based on an engineering example,this article discusses the requirements for the layout of reference points,observation points,instruments and equipment,personnel quality,measurement cycle,measurement accuracy,and other aspects in the process of carrying out settlement observation point measurement,and further discusses the setting of leveling observation base points,settlement observation instruments and stations,measurement technology applications,and settlement data processing and analysis.
