超声波提取黄芪多糖的工艺研究

摘　　要：黄芪多糖是黄芪发挥生物活性和药理作用的重要物质之一,具有抗肿瘤、保护心脑血管、提高免疫功能、抗衰老等多种作用。本文采用超声辅助提取法提取黄芪多糖,以水为溶媒,分别研究提取时间、提取温度、提取功率、提取次数及料水比对多糖提取的影响,旨在优化黄芪多糖的提取工艺。正交试验结果表明,黄芪多糖的最佳提取工艺参数为:料水比为1∶5、提取时间为70 min、提取功率为70%、提取温度为60℃。Astragalus polysaccharide is one of the most important substances in astragalus membranaceus,which has many functions,such as anti-tumor,protecting heart and brain vessels,improving immune function,anti-aging,and so on.The effects of extraction time,temperature,frequency and ratio of raw materials to water on the extraction of astragalus polysaccharides were studied,in order to optimize the extraction process of astragalus polysaccharides.The results of orthogona test showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Astragalus polysaccharides were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1∶5,extraction time was 70 min,extraction power was 70%,extraction temperature was 60℃.
