摘  要:以聚乙烯(PE)为树脂基体,以载银玻璃粒子为抗菌剂,通过双螺杆挤出机制备抗菌母粒和吹膜机吹制PE抗菌薄膜,探讨不同抗菌剂加入量对薄膜力学性能、表面形貌和抗菌性能等的影响。结果表明,与纯PE样品相比,抗菌薄膜的拉伸性能和断裂伸长率皆随着抗菌剂含量的增加表现出先上升后下降的趋势;载银玻璃颗粒能均匀分布在抗菌薄膜的表面,具有良好的相容性;当抗菌剂加入量为2%时,抗菌膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都显示出优异的抗菌性能。Using polyethylene(PE)as the resin matrix and silver-loaded glass particles as antibacterial agents,and antibacterial masterbatches were prepared through a twin screw extrusion mechanism.PE antibacterial films were blown by a blowing machine.The effects of different amounts of antibacterial agents on the mechanical properties,surface morphology,and antibacterial properties of the films were investigated.Compared with pure PE samples,the tensile properties and elongation at break of the antibacterial film showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of antibacterial agent content.Silver loaded glass particles could be evenly distributed on the surface of the antibacterial film and have good compatibility.When the amount of antibacterial agent added was 2%,the antibacterial film showed excellent antibacterial performance against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
