摘 要:考察诃子中7种多酚类成分透皮吸收性能,研究不同透皮吸收促进剂对诃子中7种多酚类成分体外透皮吸收的影响。以30%乙醇生理盐水为接受液,以SD大鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,采用改良Franz扩散池法对诃子多酚体外经皮扩散情况进行测定,并选择零级动力学模型、一级动力学模型和Higuchi方程模型对曲线进行拟合分析,测定取样末点诃子中7种多酚类成分的皮肤滞留量。诃子次酸、没食子酸、安石榴苷、柯里拉京、诃黎勒酸、鞣花酸、诃子酸的单位面积累计透皮量为7.348、16.68、19.96、22.90、3.548、0.5336、7.733 mg/cm^(2),皮肤蓄积率为0.36%、0.76%、1.85%、1.38%、2.56%、0.63%、3.79%。比较不同浓度的氮酮、丙二醇对7种诃子多酚的体外透皮吸收的影响,发现以1%丙二醇作为促进剂时可有效促进诃子多酚体外透皮吸收,氮酮作为透皮吸收促进剂可减弱诃子多酚体外透皮吸收,增大皮肤滞留量。The transdermal absorption performance of seven polyphenolic components in Jiazi was investigated,and the effects of different transdermal absorption promoters on the in vitro transdermal absorption of 7 polyphenolic components in Jizi were studied.The in vitro percutaneous diffusion of polyphenols was measured by the modified Franz diffusion pool method using 30% ethanol saline as the receiving solution and SD rat skin as the permeable barrier,and the zero-order kinetic model,first-order kinetic model and Higuchi equation model were selected to fit and analyze the curve,and the skin retention of seven polyphenolic components in the sampling terminal was determined.The cumulative transdermal amounts per unit area of carabic acid,gallic acid,anpomegranate,corillatin,currile acid,ellagic acid and cargylic acid were 7.348,16.68,19.96,22.90,3.548,0.5336,7.733 mg/cm^(2),and the skin volume rate was 0.36%,0.76%,1.85%,1.38%,2.56%,0.63% and 3.79%.Comparing the effects of different concentrations of nitrogen ketone and propylene glycol on the in vitro transdermal absorption of seven kinds of polyphenols,it was found that 1% propylene glycol as a promoter could effectively promote the in vitro transdermal absorption of polyphenols,and nitrogen ketone as a transdermal absorption promoter could inhibit the in vitro transdermal absorption of polyphenols and increase the amount of skin retention.
