摘　　要：建立反相离子对色谱法测定复方丹参制剂中三七素的含量,确定流动相组成为0.03%四丁基氢氧化铵的水溶液-3.5 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠的甲醇溶液,比例为95∶5(磷酸调节pH值为3.4)时,三七素在2.01~269.11 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系。复方丹参制剂中三七素与其他干扰项分离效果较好,该方法简便、快速、准确,显示可用于复方丹参制剂中三七素的含量测定。A reversed phase ion-pair chromatography to determination content of Dencichine in compound danshen preparation was built.Mobile phase was 0.03% tetrabutylammonium hydroxide-3.5 mmol·L^(-1) methonal solution of disodium hydrogen phosphate(95∶5,adjust pH to 3.4 with phosphoric acid).The chromatographic peak area of dencichine had a good linear relationship in 2.10~269.00 mg·L^(-1).The separation degree of dencichine and other components was fine.It was a simple rapid accurate method which could be used in content determination of dencichine in compound danshen preparation.
