摘 要:建立了GC-MS/FID双柱同时测定环境空气中57种臭氧前体物的分析方法。实验结果表明:在0.5~10 nmol/mol范围内,57种臭氧前体物相关线性系数均大于0.999,5种低碳类(C_(2)~C_(3))目标化合物方法检出限为0.05~0.15 nmol/mol,其他52种目标化合物的平均相对响应因子均小于10%,方法检出限为0.02~0.16 nmol/mol,加标回收率在91.3%~103.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.3%~7.2%之间,实际样品分析结果表明,本方法适用于环境空气中57种臭氧前体物的测定和应用。A method for the determination of 57 ozone precursors compounds in ambient air based on double column by GC-MS/FID was established.The results indicated that 57 ozone precursors compounds showed a good linear relationship within the range of between 0.5 nmol/mol and 10 nmol/mol,57 ozone precursors compounds with the correlation coeffcients were all greater more than 0.999.The method of C_(2)~C_(3) detection limit was 0.05~0.15 nmol/mol,the average relative response factor of 52 target compounds was less than 10%,the method of 52 target compounds detection limit was 0.02~0.16 nmol/mol,and recovery rate was in the range of 91.3%~103.9%,relative standards the deviation(RSD,n=6)was between 0.3% and 7.2%.The actual sample analysis results showed that this method was suitable for the measurement and application of 57 ozone precursors compounds in ambient air.
