高锰酸钾氧化法测定废水总铬的不确定度评定

摘　　要：依据GB/T 7466-87《水质总铬的测定》的标准方法原理,依次从标液稀释、标准曲线拟合、实验员的取样误差和样品前处理等过程中分析和评定了废水中总铬含量的不确定度。本次废水总铬测量结果为:(0.050±0.002)mg/L,k=2。由不确定度的分析结果可知,标液稀释和仪器误差对不确定度的影响最大,是不确定度测定的主要来源。本次不确定度评定的实验为提高实际工作的准确性提供引导作用。Based on the principle of GB/T 7466-87 Water quality,determination of Chromium,the uncertainty of Chromium content was analyzed and evaluated from the dilution process of standerd solution,the fitting of standerd curve,the sampling error of operater and the pretreatment of samples,and the effective methods were put forward.The result of Chromium was(0.050±0.002)mg/L,k=2.Seen from the analysis results of uncertainty,the dilution of standard solution and instrument error had the greatest impact on the uncertainty and were also the main sources of uncertainty measurement.The uncertainty evalution method had certain guiding significance for improving the accuracy of practical work.
