摘 要:干法乙炔发生系统改造前因渣浆水外排过程中极易造成系统堵塞,给装置运行带来较大的成本支出、安全和环境风险。为了从根本上解决渣浆水外排隐患,对乙炔发生系统进行了改造,即对发生器进料机位置、螺旋给料机尺寸、注水喷头喷射角度、乙炔气相管洗涤水、洗涤塔排渣泵和洗涤冷却塔等进行改造,并就改造前、后各方面的装置运行变化进行了对比分析,体现出改造后的优越性。Before the modification of dry acetylene generation system,the slurry water is very easy to cause system blockage in the process of discharging,which brings great cost,safety and environmental risks to the operation of the unit.In order to fundamentally solve the hidden danger of slurry water discharge,the acetylene generation system was revamped,including the location of the generator feeder,the size of the screw feeder,the injection angle of the water injection nozzle,the acetylene gas phase pipe washing water,the washing tower slag discharge pump,and the washing and cooling tower.Comparative analysis was conducted on various aspects of device operation changes before and after the transformation,reflecting the advantages of the transformation.
