摘  要:近些年,随着镇原油田的持续开发,注水时间增长,致使井筒自然结垢速度加快,结垢井数逐年上升,主要集中在镇252、镇287、镇277及镇28等区块,垢型主要以碳酸钙为主。经现场试验,现有4种阻垢剂对碳酸钙垢未产生良好的效果,因此基于垢型分析,实际生产数据等,研制出ZCUP-3新型阻垢剂。目前ZCUP-3阻垢剂在三个区块共计154口井投加,结垢速率由3.14 mm/a下降至1.41 mm/a,平均延长检泵周期184天,结垢导致检泵共减少48井次,实验结果良好。本文从该化学药剂成分入手,揭示其阻垢机理,并结合投加前后作业起出管柱情况进行了试验效果分析及经济效益评价。In recent years,with the continuous development of Zhen crude oil field,the water injection time has increased,resulting in the acceleration of natural scaling speed in the wellbore,and the number of fouling wells has increased year by year,mainly concentrated in Zhen 252,Zhen 287,Zhen 277 and Zhen 28 blocks,and the scale type is mainly calcium carbonate.After field tests,the existing four scale inhibitors did not produce good effects on calcium carbonate scale,so based on scale type analysis and actual production data,ZCUP-3 new scale inhibitors were developed.At present,ZCUP-3 scale inhibitor was added in a total of 154 wells in three blocks,and the scaling rate decreased from 3.14 mm/a to 1.41 mm/a,extending the pump inspection cycle by an average of 184 days,and the scale inspection led to a total of 48 well inspections,and the experimental results were good.The scale inhibition mechanism was revealed from the chemical ingredient,and the test effect analysis and economic benefit evaluation were carried out in combination with the pipe string before and after dosing.
