摘 要:针对高温高密度油井水泥浆体系固井胶结面密封性能评价问题,本次研究首从实验仪器、实验原理、实验材料以及实验步骤出发,开展高温高密度水泥浆体系实验研究,并从膨胀剂加量、环空补偿压力以及养护温度出发,开展高温高密度水泥浆体系固井胶结面密封性能评价分析。结果表明:水泥浆的体积膨胀与固井表面初始应力的变化是一致的。它可以作为评价水泥表面密封性能的关键指标之一。环空补偿压力、水泥养护温度和膨胀剂的添加是水泥浆体系体积膨胀性的三个主要控制因素;随着补偿压力、固化温度和膨胀剂用量的增加,胶凝表面的密封能增加、力量增加。研究结果为优化水泥浆体系和固井施工技术提供了理论依据。In response to the evaluation of the sealing performance of the high-temperature and high-density cement slurry system's cementing bonding surface,the experimental research on the high-temperature and high-density cement slurry system based on experimental instruments,experimental principles,experimental materials,and experimental procedures was conducted firstly.Furthermore,the sealing performance of the high-temperature and high-density cement slurry system's cementing bonding surface was evaluated and analyzed based on the amount of expansion agent,annulus compensation pressure,and curing temperature.The volume expansion of cement slurry was consistent with the initial stress of cementing surface,which could be used as one of the key indexes to evaluate the sealing performance of cementing surface.Annulus compensation pressure,cement curing temperature and expansion agent dosage were the three main controlling factors of the volume expansion of cement slurry system.The sealing ability of cementing surface increased with the increase of compensating pressure,curing temperature and expansion agent dosage.A theoretical basis was provided for optimizing cement slurry system and cementing construction technology.
