科研软件在中学《有机化学基础》教学中的应用探索

摘　　要：利用化学软件Chemoffice和量子化学计算软件Gaussian 09,以弥补传统可视化教学:从粉笔黑板到胶片幻灯片辅助,到数字化投影仪教学,再到现在的光电多媒体演示所造成的学生三维空间想象能力和对微观反应机理理解上的不足。本文将有机化合物的分类和命名、有机化合物的结构与性质及化学反应等教学内容和科研软件使用有机的融合在一起。应用Gaussian 09,通过分子静电势,以物质结构预测物质的性质,体现中学有机化学“结构决定性质”的主线。Chemical software Chemoffice and quantum chemical calculation software Gaussian 09 was used to make up for traditional visualization teaching:from chalkboards to film slides,to digital projector teaching,and now the photoelectric multimedia demonstration caused by students'three-dimensional space imagination ability and understanding of microscopic reaction mechanism.Combined the classification and naming of organic compounds,the structure and properties of organic compounds and chemical reactions and other teaching content and the use of scientific research software organic integration,Gaussian 09 was applied to predict the properties of substances by molecular electrostatic potential,reflecting the main line of“structure-determining properties”of middle school Organic Chemistry.
