论任弼时关于党的青年组织定位的战略性思考

摘　　要：从建党时期到解放战争时期,任弼时较长时间从事、领导党的青年工作,对青年组织的作用与地位有着深刻认知,常常从政党发展的大视野去估量和评价共青团的政治价值。从历史进程来看,任弼时的战略性思考在《团员调查表》的填写中发端;在旅莫期间奠定了青年团要依共产国际三大决议坚持党的政治指导的思想基础;在大革命时期后期和土地革命时期初期点明取消团组织的结果“必定是消灭党在青年工农中的影响”;在土地革命时期和抗战期间坚决反对先锋主义、青年主义,强调要把青年组织的活动纳入党的政治框架之内;在解放战争初期提出“党的基本任务就是团的基本任务”,为即将重建的青年团擘画战略定位;最终在新中国成立前夕完成了对党的青年组织定位的战略性思考。任弼时对党的青年组织定位的思考,高屋建瓴,视野宏阔,闪耀着实事求是的理论光芒和坚持真理的斗争精神,以中国革命的具体实践进一步丰富了马克思主义政党学说。From the period of the founding of the Party to the Liberation War,Ren Bishi was engaged in and led the youth work of the Party for a long time,and he had a profound knowledge of the role and status of youth organizations,and he often assessed and evaluated the political value of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of the development of the Party.In terms of the historical process,Ren Bishi's strategic thinking began with the filling out of the"Questionnaire on Youth League Membership";during his stay in Moscow,he laid the ideological foundation for the Youth League to adhere to the Party's political guidance in accordance with the three major resolutions of the Communist International;he pointed out in the late Revolutionary period and the early stage of the Agrarian Revolution period that the abolition of the league would"definitely eliminate the influence of the Party among young workers and peasants.During the Agrarian Revolution period and the counter-Japanese period,he firmly opposed avantarism and youthism,emphasizing the need to incorporate the activities of youth organizations into the Party's political framework;in the early days of the war of liberation,he put forward that"the basic task of the Party is the basic task of the Youth League",and drew up a strategic orientation for the Youth League to be rebuilt.Finally,on the eve of the founding of New China,he completed the strategic thinking on the positioning of the Party's youth organization.Ren Bishi's thinking on the orientation of the Party's youth organization is from a lofty position and has a broad vision.He shines the theoretical light of seeking truth from facts and the spirit of fighting for truth,and further enriches the Marxist political party theory with the concrete practice of the Chinese revolution.
