摘 要:目前通信企业面临的最大挑战是如何利用大数据进行精准营销,获得更多的客户资源,从而提高企业竞争力。在大数据时代,数据的采集、处理和分析都变得越来越容易。通信企业可利用大数据的价值,建立自己的大数据平台,通过大数据平台对客户信息、产品和服务等进行精准营销,提高通信企业的经济效益。随着现代社会数据量和信息量的不断增加,如何充分利用这些数据以提高通信企业的竞争力成为当前通信企业面临的最大挑战之一。利用大数据进行精准营销可实现客户资源价值最大化。文章首先阐述大数据平台在通信企业中的应用现状及问题,然后对大数据平台在通信企业中的应用发展趋势进行研究分析。The biggest challenge currently faced on the communication companies is how to use the big data for pre-cise marketing,obtain more customer resources,and improve their competitiveness.In the era of big data,data collec-tion,processing,and analysis have become increasingly easy.Communication enterprises can leverage the value of big data to establish their own big data platforms,and use these platforms to market accurately the customer informa-tion,products,and services,thereby improving the economic benefits of communication enterprises.With the contin-uous increase in the amount of data and information in modern society,how to fully utilize this data to improve the competitiveness of communication enterprises has become one of the biggest challenges faced on the current commu-nication enterprises.Using big data for precise marketing can maximize the value of customer resources.This article first elaborates on the application status quo and problems of big data platforms in communication enterprises,and then,conducts research and analysis on the development trend of big data platforms in communication enterprises.
