摘 要:为解决天然软骨的内部结构和成分分布存在差异化的问题,设计了一种更贴近天然软骨层状结构及性能的组织工程支架。首先,对软骨细胞外基质的两种主要成分在软骨层状结构中的梯度变化进行模拟。其次,设计一种基于海藻酸钠和明胶的离子低温双交联体系,通过改变壳聚糖和丝素蛋白的组合比例对梯度比例墨水进行性能调节。最后采用3D打印技术进行支架内部结构和外部形态的构建,并对其相关性能进行了表征。得到了一种不仅能够模拟软骨梯度特征,并且各项功能优异的组织工程支架。In order to solve the problem of different internal structure and component distribution of natural cartilage,a kind of tissue engineering scaffold which is more close to the layered structure and properties of natural cartilage was designed.Firstly,the gradient changes of the two main components of the extracellular matrix in the layered structure of cartilage were simulated.Secondly,an ion-low temperature double crosslinking system was designed for adjusting the performance of the gradient proportional ink.Finally,3D printing technology was used to construct both the internal structure and the external morphology of the scaffold,and its various properties were characterized,and a kind of tissue engineering scaffold which can simulate the characteristics of cartilage gradient and has excellent functions was obtained.
