摘 要:创新设计是我国动车组领域近年来重点研究领域,也是提升我国动车组产品竞争力的关键手段。本文借助于系统建模语言SysML(System Modeling Language)提出一种面向动车组牵引系统建模策略、需求验证与方案权衡的整体解决方案。主要包括三个方面:第一,牵引系统建模,涵盖领域元模型、需求建模和组成建模;第二,在牵引系统基础模型之上,定义需求验证参数模型和逻辑模型,开展需求验证模型的建模与仿真过程;第三,基于SysML模型的牵引系统方案分析,在基础模型之上构建牵引系统分析模型,使用SysML参数图构建参数映射,通过基于模型的参数分析开展不同情形的需求验证及多种设计方案进行权衡分析。最后以动车组牵引系统及其牵引电机验证本文方法的有效性。The innovation design is a key research field of Chinese EMU in recent years,and it is also a key way to improve the competitive power of Chinese EMU products.With the help of System Modeling Language(SysML),this paper proposes an overall solution for the modeling strategy,requirement verification and scheme tradeoff of the traction system of EMU.It mainly includes three aspects:Firstly,traction system modeling,covering domain metamodel,requirements modeling and composition modeling;Secondly,based on the basic model of the traction system,the parameter model and logic model of the requirement verification are defined,and the modeling and simulation process of the requirement verification model is carried out.Thirdly,traction system scheme analysis based on SysML model,traction system analysis model is built on the basic model,parameter mapping is constructed using SysML parameter diagram,demand verification of different situations and trade-off analysis of various design schemes are carried out through parameter analysis based on the model.Finally,the traction system of EMU and its traction motor are used for verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
