摘　　要：地铁装配式整体道床是一种新型的轨道结构,工期短,质量稳定,维修方便。本文以苏州市Ⅵ-GS-01标工程为例,介绍了地铁装配式整体道床的施工方案、工艺流程和质量控制措施,分析了ZXSF自填充混凝土的配合比设计、灌注质量要求和养护要求,旨在为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。The subway prefabricated integral ballast bed is a new type of track structure,with a short construction period,stable quality and convenient maintenance.In this paper,taking the VI-GS-01 project in Suzhou as an example,the construction scheme,process flow and quality control measures of the subway prefabricated integral ballast bed are introduced,and the mix ratio design,pouring quality requirements and maintenance requirements of ZXSF self-compacting concrete are analyzed,aiming to provide reference for similar projects.
