摘　　要：房屋建筑工程监理项目是确保工程建设质量和安全的关键环节。本文首先分析对房屋建筑工程监理项目质量进行控制的重要意义,之后详细介绍工程设计阶段和施工阶段监理工程师的主要工作内容,最后提出房屋建筑工程监理项目质量控制及管理对策,以期为相关从业者提供有益的参考。Housing construction engineering supervision project is the key link to ensure the quality and safety of engineering construction.This paper first analyzes the importance of controlling the quality of housing construction engineering supervision projects,then introduces the main work contents of supervision engineers in the engineering design stage and construction stage in detail,and finally puts forward the quality control and management countermeasures of housing construction engineering supervision projects,aiming to provide useful reference for relevant practitioners.
