摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和人们对生活品质的要求不断提高,建筑行业也面临着巨大的挑战和机遇。为了满足市场需求和提高竞争力,越来越多的企业将目光投向了大型建筑项目。然而,由于缺乏有效的管理和控制手段,一些建筑项目往往会出现超支或延误的情况,给业主带来经济损失和信誉风险。因此,加强建筑设备安装施工阶段的工程造价管理和控制变得尤为重要。With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the quality of life,the construction industry is also facing great challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the market demand and improve the competitiveness,more and more enterprises are focusing on large-scale construction projects.However,due to the lack of effective management and control means,some construction projects often appear overruns or delays,which brings economic losses and credit risks to the owners.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management and control of the project cost in the installation and construction stage of construction equipment.
