摘　　要：构建新安全格局是我国在新形势下有效应对国内外复杂形势、掌握国家安全战略主动权、主导权的战略部署。构建新安全格局为推进中国式现代化提供坚强安全保障,为实现高质量发展提供战略支撑,为建设更高水平的平安中国指引方向。为此,必须坚持党中央对国家安全工作的全面领导,坚持以习近平总书记总体国家安全观为理论指导和行动指南,坚持以人民安全为宗旨,充分发扬斗争精神,加强国家安全法治建设,以国际共同安全构建新安全格局。To build a new security pattern is a strategic plan for our country to effectively cope with complex situations at home and abroad under the new situation,and to master the initiative and dominance of our national security strategy.Building a new security pattern provides a strong security guarantee for promoting Chinese-style modernization,strategic support for achieving high-quality development,and guidance for building a peaceful China at a higher level.To this end,we must uphold the Party central committee's overall leadership of national security work,take General Secretary Xi Jinping's overall national security concept as the theoretical guidance and operational guidance,take the people's security as the purpose of our fundamental position,and fully carry forward the fighting spirit,strengthen the rule of law in national security and build a new security pattern based on common international security.
