摘　　要：马克思和恩格斯在思想政治教育传播过程中注重从传播主体、话语、媒介和受众四个维度进行发力。马克思和恩格斯的思想政治教育传播策略具有人民性与阶级性相统一、科学化与大众化相统一、民族性与世界性相统一、批判性与建设性相统一的特征。马克思和恩格斯的思想政治教育传播策略及其特征,启示新时代社会主义思想政治教育传播需坚持党的领导,坚定正确的政治方向,落实思想政治教育传播责任制,把好传播方向;坚持以马克思主义为指导,聚焦人类命运共同体问题,重视中华优秀传统文化与红色文化的传播,增强话语回应现实的能力;加强分众化传播,促进异质媒介共享,加强媒体分殊化应用,提升传播的精度;整合社会传播资源,鼓励多主体传播,加强传播队伍建设,增强思想政治教育传播的力度。In the process of ideological and political education communication,Marx and Engels pay attention to the four dimensions of communication subject,discourse,media and audience.The ideological and political education communication strategy of Marx and Engels has the characteristics of the unity of people and class,scientific and popular,national and universal,critical and constructive.The ideological and political education communication strategy and its characteristics of Marx and Engels enlighten the new era of socialist ideological and political education communication to adhere to the leadership of the party,firmly correct political direction,implement the ideological and political education communication responsibility system,and good communication direction;adhere to Marxism as the guide,focus on the common problems of human destiny,attach importance to the spread of outstanding traditional Chinese culture and red culture,and enhance the ability of discourse to respond to reality;strengthen the dissemination of mass,promote heterogeneous media sharing,strengthen the application of media differentiation,improve the accuracy of communication;integrate social communication resources,encourage multi-subject communication,strengthen the construction of communication team and strengthen the dissemination of ideological and political education.
