摘 要:目的:总结肌萎缩侧索硬化病人营养管理的最佳证据,为临床制定肌萎缩侧索硬化病人营养管理方案提供参考。方法:系统检索国内外相关指南、学会网站及数据库中肌萎缩侧索硬化的相关指南、临床决策、证据总结、系统评价及专家共识。检索时限为2017年1月1日—2022年12月23日。结果:共纳入6篇文献,包括4篇指南、1篇系统评价、1篇专家共识,从多学科团队、筛查与评估、营养原则、吞咽障碍营养干预4个方面共总结出30条证据。结论:本研究整合了肌萎缩侧索硬化病人营养管理的最佳证据,临床应用中应结合具体医疗环境与病人实际情况选择最佳证据,形成合理有效的营养管理方案,从而改善病人的生活质量及疾病预后。Objective:To summarize the best evidence of nutritional management in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)patients,and to provide reference for clinical nutrition management of ALS patients.Methods:The relevant guidelines,clinical decision,evidence summary,systematic review and expert consensus of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis were retrieved from the websites and databases of relevant guideline societies at home and abroad.The search period was from January 1,2017 to December 23,2022.Results:A total of 6 articles were included,including 4 guidelines,1 systematic review,and 1 expert consensus.A total of 30 pieces of evidence were obtained from 4 aspects:multidisciplinary team,screening and evaluation,nutrition principles,and nutrition intervention for dysphagia.Conclusion:This study integrates the best evidence of nutritional management of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients.In clinical application,the best evidence should be selected according to the specific medical environment and the actual situation of patients,so as to form a reasonable and effective nutritional management program,so as to improve the quality of life and disease prognosis of patients.
